DO YOU HAVE A DEPOSIT/RESERVATION FEE?
We require $50.00 deposit on our Park Rentals and is due within 7 days of your reservation and this amount is taken off your total due. Your deposit can be made with Master Card, Visa, money order, business or personal check (in memo please put non-refundable). We know sometimes last minute parties happen, please give us a call right away to check availability.
No personal checks accepted at time of delivery.
HOW SOON MUST I CANCEL A RESERVATION IF SOMETHING COMES UP?
For reservations cancelled less than 10 days prior to the reserved date that $50.00 or $25.00 deposit fee will not be refunded. However, if you rent from us within six (6) months of the original reservation date, we will deduct your deposit from your rental fee. Cancellations made more than 10 days before the reserved date will be refunded.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO WE ACCEPT?
We accept Cash, Business Checks, Visa and Master Card. No personal checks accepted at time of delivery.
MINIMUM ORDER:
Any rental under $60.00 (not including extra servings of food/drink items) there is a $15.00 delivery fee.
LOSS AND/OR DAMAGE:
All equipment is the responsibility of the customer once it’s delivered and signed for. Equipment should be safe and protected from the weather. The customer will be charged a replacement cost for all lost or damaged equipment.
RENTAL PERIODS:
Any rental that include Margarita machines and/or tables & chairs will be delivered the day of your event and pick up the next day. If you are having a bounce house along with your table and chair rental and the bouncer will not be in a secure area (ie. front yard), your pick up will need to be the same day as your event.

WEATHER POLICY:
On rainy days all concessions, tables and chairs will be delivered providing they are inside or under a covered area. Bounce Houses/Combos will not be delivered on rainy days or winds over 25 mph.
